Nature of Products

All products sold through Moon Hollow Atelier are digital downloads.
No physical goods are shipped.

Products may include:

• Design asset bundles
• Ornamental graphics
• Chapter opener templates
• KDP interior templates
• Editable wedding suites
• Stationery and event template systems
• Publishing layout and manuscript formatting frameworks

Files may be delivered in formats such as:

• PDF
• Canva template links
• PNG
• SVG
• JPG
• Affinity files
• Other compatible digital formats

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software required
to use the files prior to purchase.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of:

• Duplicate accidental purchase
• Corrupted file delivery
• Verified technical failure

Support requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Moon Hollow Atelier reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

LICENSING

All digital products are governed by the Moon Hollow Core License Agreement.

Purchase grants a license to use the files, not ownership of the designs.

Unless otherwise specified:

Personal License

• For individual, non-commercial use only
• Not for resale
• Not for client work

Commercial License

• For use in finished, end products (books, printed materials, digital publications)
• Allows commercial publishing
• Does not allow redistribution of source files
• Does not allow sharing files with collaborators or teams

Enterprise License

• Required for:
  • Teams
  • Agencies
  • Studios
  • Publishing houses
  • Multi-user environments

Enterprise access is available via direct inquiry only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of raw files is strictly prohibited.

Violation of license terms may result in:

• Legal enforcement
• Immediate license revocation
• Removal of access

MANUSCRIPT FORMATTING (SERVICE POLICY)

Manuscript Atelier Formatting is a curated, limited-capacity design service.

• Custom formatting services are non-refundable once design work begins.
• Only two clients are accepted per month.
• Submission to the Atelier Consideration List does not guarantee acceptance.
• Services require written scope confirmation prior to commencement.
• Payment structure and scope are defined in individual project contracts.

Project timelines, deliverables, and revisions are governed by individual
service agreements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, templates, text, graphics, branding elements and layout systems are the intellectual property of Moon Hollow Atelier.

You may not:

• Claim designs as your own
• Resell editable assets
• Extract and redistribute decorative elements
• Upload files to template marketplaces
• Share files with unauthorized parties

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

WEBSITE USE & CONDUCT

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Interfere with site functionality
• Use automated systems to extract materials

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
