Browse the Premade Cover Catalogue and select the design that suits your story.

Each premade cover is one of a kind. Once purchased, it will be marked as sold and will no longer be available to another author.

What’s Included

Every premade cover purchase includes:

• One exclusive premade e-book cover, sold only once
• Customization of the book title, subtitle or series information, author name and tagline where applicable
• Minor typographic adjustments to accommodate the supplied text
• Up to two rounds of text revisions
• One high-resolution JPG file
• Final dimensions of 1800 × 2700 pixels
• RGB colour format suitable for standard e-book retailer uploads
• Electronic delivery of the completed cover

The artwork is sold as displayed. Changes to the underlying artwork, characters, setting, composition or color scheme are not included.

Minor adjustments may be made to the typography, size and positioning so that the supplied text works naturally with the existing design.

Paperback Print-Wraps and Book Launch Graphics are optional paid upgrades and are not included in the standard e-book cover purchase.

2. Select Any Upgrades

You may purchase the e-book cover by itself or add one or more upgrades during checkout.

Paperback Print-Wrap Upgrade — $80 USD

A full paperback cover wrap will be created using the purchased premade design. This includes the front cover, spine and back cover prepared for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), IngramSpark or Lulu.

Please note that the upgrade is applicable to only one chosen platform at a time.

Book Launch Graphics Upgrade — $95 USD

Receive six coordinated promotional graphics based on your purchased cover:

• Cover Reveal
• Preorder or Save-the-Date Announcement
• Tropes
• Blurb or Synopsis
• ARC Readers Wanted or an alternative promotional announcement
• Available Now

Each graphic is supplied in an Instagram feed size and a Pinterest pin size, providing twelve ready-to-post files in total.

The graphics are delivered as completed promotional images. Editable source files and separate transparent mockup files are not included.

All Moon Hollow Atelier watermarks will be removed from all final files sent to customers.

3. Complete Your Purchase

Select Purchase Cover on the cover’s product page to proceed to its secure Stripe checkout.

At checkout, you can select any available upgrades and review the complete order before paying.

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST may be calculated and added at checkout.

Because every premade cover is exclusive and sold only once, each cover checkout is limited to one successful purchase.

4. Submit Your Details

After payment, you will be directed to the Moon Hollow Atelier Premade Cover Intake Form. The form will already identify the cover you purchased.

You will be asked to provide the information needed for your order, including:

• Final book title
• Subtitle or series information, if applicable
• Author or pen name
• Tagline, if required
• Preferred capitalization or spelling
• Contact email address
• Details required for any purchased upgrades

Please review all text carefully before submitting the form. Moon Hollow Atelier is not responsible for errors contained in text supplied by the customer.

Work begins once both the payment and completed intake form (and in the case of Lulu and IngramSpark, the customer generated platform template) have been received.

5. Provide Print Specifications, If Applicable

If you purchase a paperback print-wrap upgrade, you will need to provide the final specifications for your book before the wrap can be completed.

These may include:

• Final trim size
• Final formatted page count
• Interior ink type
• Paper colour
• Bleed selection
• Platform cover template, where requested (Lulu and IngramSpark).
• Back-cover blurb
• Author website or other permitted back-cover text
• Barcode preference

Your page count must come from the final formatted interior because the print platforms calculates the spine width using the completed book’s specifications.

The back cover is designed around the book blurb and necessary publishing information. An author biography and author photograph are not included.

If final specifications are unavailable when the order is placed, production of the print-wrap will remain paused until the required information is supplied. ptional paid upgrades and are not included in the standard e-book cover purchase.

6. Review Your Proof

You will receive a proof of the customized design for review.

The e-book cover includes up to two rounds of text revisions. Revisions may include corrections or reasonable adjustments to the supplied text, such as:

• Correcting spelling or punctuation
• Adjusting capitalization
• Changing the title, subtitle or author name
• Minor changes to text size, spacing or placement

Revisions do not include changes to the artwork, composition, characters, setting, colour scheme or overall concept.

Requests that fall outside the included customization may be declined or quoted separately where appropriate.

7. Receive Your Final Files

Once the proof has been approved, the final files will be prepared and delivered electronically.
